ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) announced that the Prince George’s County Special Primary Election ballot has been certified and posted for review to its website https://elections.maryland.gov. A registered voter will have until close of business on July 9 to seek judicial review. Once the review period ends, SBE will make any necessary changes and begin the ballot printing process.
Aside from announcing the certification, display and review period for the 2024 Presidential primary ballots, SBE also announced that all registered voters will be receiving their ballot by mail. More information will follow soon.
As always, SBE encourages eligible residents who are not registered to vote to do so using the online registration system. The same system allows registered voters the ability to change party affiliation, update their address, and update their name if it has changed.
Those who prefer not to register to vote online may print the registration form (English version and Spanish version) and submit it at the office of their local board of elections.
Remember a registered voter has the option in the special primary to vote three different ways: early in-person at select locations, mail-in ballot or in-person on election day at select locations. More information will follow soon. Make a plan and vote.
