COLLEGE PARK, Md. – On March 22, 2024, Town Hall Liquor & Bar permanently closed after 65 years of operation.
In August 2023, property owner LV Collective sent out 60-day vacate notices to multiple tenants including Town Hall. Other businesses that will be forced to either relocate or close include Mr. Fries Man, Box’d Kitchen, Main Event Barbershop, and more.
Back in 2016, former owner Ron Burdoo sold the property to LV Collective after deciding to retire. LV Collective plans to construct a new building with multiple retail pads available.
